Among all the types of defects mentioned in astrology, Kalsarp Dosh is considered very inauspicious and causes problems. According to astrology, any person who has Kalsarp Dosh in his horoscope always faces some or other problem in his life. Often there are all kinds of obstacles in the work of such a person or else the work done gets spoiled.
According to astrology, Rahu and Ketu together form the Kalsarp Dosh located in the horoscope of any person. Due to these two shadow planets, there are often obstacles in his important and auspicious work and he does not get auspicious results even after all the efforts.

What is Kalsarp Dosh?
According to religious beliefs, when all the planets come between Rahu and Ketu in a person's horoscope, then it is considered Kaal Sarp Dosh. Now the question arises when is the yoga of this defect formed? Actually, apart from the planets Rahu and Ketu, when the other seven planets are on one side and on the other side, there is no other planet, then this situation is called Kalsarp Yog.
Remedies for Kalsarp Dosha:
-According to Hindu belief, worship of Lord Ganesha protects from the evil effects of Kalsarp Dosha. Worship of Maa Saraswati along with Ganapati also removes the problems associated with Kalsarp Dosha.
It is believed that by worshipping Mahadev, the God of Gods, all kinds of troubles go away. In such a situation, if there is Kalsarp Dosh in your horoscope, then chant Mahamrityunjaya Mantra daily with Rudraksh's rosary while worshipping. Chant this Mahamantra of Mahadev at least 108 times.
To remove Kaal Sarp Dosha, it is also considered auspicious to do charity and Dakshina. Donate black clothes or moong dal to a needy person on Wednesday. It is believed that by doing this remedy, a person gets auspicious results.
If there are often obstacles in your work due to Kalsarp defect, then to avoid it, go to a pagoda and make a big copper snake and offer it to the Shivling. But, keep in mind that the snake should be offered on the Shivling only after consecrating it.
