Every year, Ganesh Chaturthi festival starts across the country from Shukla Chaturthi of Bhadrapada month. Ganesh Chaturthi 2024: Installation and worship method
By pleasing Lord Ganesha on the day of Ganesh Chaturthi, you can get the desired result. On this day, get up early in the morning and take a bath. After this, spread a red cloth on a wooden stand. First place Akshat on it and make a swastika with sandalwood. After this, install Ganpati ji. While installing Ganesha, chant the mantra 'Vakratunda Mahakaya Suryakoti Samprabha. Nirvighnam Kuru Me Deva Sarvakaryeshu Sarvada' five times.
Now bathe Ganesha with Gangajal. Offer him clothes, sacred thread, sandalwood, durva, akshat, incense, lamp, shami leaf, yellow flowers, and fruits. Offer vermilion, durva, and ghee to Ganpati. Offer him 21 modaks. Perform Ganesha's aarti and seek blessings for your wishes. After this, offer laddus to Ganpati and distribute them as prasad.
